We have a vision - a world where HIV holds no one back. We directly support 3000 people living with HIV across Greater Manchester and Liverpool, providing wrap around care and advice. We promote a better understanding of HIV, and challenge stigma and discrimination.

Story

George House Trust has been supporting people living with HIV for 40 years. In that time, we've seen some huge progress in treatment and support for people living with HIV.

But unfortunately, stigma still remains, and the most recent national survey of people living with HIV indicated 75% experienced some degree of discrimination or stigma. Not only is discrimination and stigma wrong but they are now the biggest barriers to people accessing treatment and care.

However, together, we can challenge stigma and discrimination and show support for people living with HIV so we can create a world where HIV holds no one back.

In 2026, we are asking you to take on a challenge and raise funds via the challenge, whether that be:

- Running 5km every day

- Learning a new skill

- Reading 10 books

- Giving up chocolate

- Veganuary

- Or anything else you want to take on as a challenge!
